Series 2 History-Time Line

1. Mind Wipe’s equipment was confiscated from him and Ticket was rushed to the hospital… not expected to live.
Prof. Carter, Marla, and Random Bishop visit him in the hospital as often as they can but life goes on…
The Future leader of the “Prowlers” youth group sends his people out to stop a group of Crime Shark’s drug ‘enforcers’ who shove the drug onto unsuspecting people without their consent to try and get them addicted.
Random Bishop is on the scene to arrest them and has a chance to meet them… briefly. He likes them.

2. Ticket is in a coma due to his last encounter with Mind Wipe. The doctors do not know if he will make it. Prof. Carter and Marla are about to scrap the LAW project and Prof. Carter is looking elsewhere for weapon ideas and begins to come up with “New Project: Lashline”.
New on the scene, Sable Blade is working to track down a rash of burglaries that lead him to “The Conjurer,” who has finished the construction of his molecular-disintegration/reformation gauntlets. Sable Blade defeats him after a short struggle.

3. A friend of Prof. Carter (head of Innovative Inc.) makes a startling discovery with the return trip of the NASA’s Mars surface-roving space probe (SRSP). He is excited but not sure what to make of this strange, blue substance it gathered in its trip. It is classified Top Secret… but his friend does not work for the government.
Prof. Carter delivers his ideas of “New Project: Lashline” to Marla and asks her to get to work on the idea right away. She is not excited about the idea but does it anyway.
Introduce Triplicate who tries to stop ? (“Prowl” drug kid.). From him he/they learn about Crime Shark. Triplicate plans his/their revenge.

4. Marla releases her prototype of Prof. Carter’s new idea. He already has investigated someone it could work for. We don’t see what the idea is or who he has in mind. (It is New Project: Lashline) He begins to put it all together.
Introduce Shackle: Resident Enforcer. He fights off some local thugs left over from Corporal Millet (his 2nd in command).
At Intell labs Carol Bishop suddenly starts to show some powers coming into play from the “Prowl” drug. Random Bishop is worried about her.
And suddenly, Todd Ticket wakes up.

5. Marla, Prof. Carter, and Random Bishop are all excited that Ticket has woken up but it’s going to be some time before he can get back on his feet. Until then, he grabs a pen and paper and begins to draw… something… (which is very unlike him, previously).
Prof. Carter has a chance to meet with his friend (Head of Innovative Inc.) who works with the NASA program for lunch. Prof. Carter tells his friend that he is concerned about his new young friend (Todd Ticket) and his situation. He feels bad that he needs to replace him but doesn’t know what else to do. He shows his friend the designs for his replacement. His friend asks why he needs to do anything about the crime in the city. Prof. Carter tells him that they have a responsibility, since the scientific community caused the major job loss. They should do something about it to help protect the police – even if the city won’t sanction it legally. Otherwise, it could be the lives of those hard working police officers lives in their hands.
His words touch the heart of his friend and he offers him something under the counter in exchange for his new designs. Prof. Carter asks what it is. His friend indicates: the solution to your previous design. Taking Prof. Carter’s new design his friend walks away.
Introduce bad guy ? (“Prowl” character) whom fights Sable Blade and Shackle together.
Triplicate is in the process of finding people who can help him/them take out Crime Shark and Big Bear.

6. Ticket is still in the hospital when Marla comes to see him. He shows her his designs but she immediately talks it down without looking at it. Prof. Carter shows up shortly thereafter (and while she’s still there) and Ticket shows them to him. Prof. Carter promises to look at them. As the leave Ticket grabs more paper and continues to draw.
Prof. Carter looks over the drawings on the way home and is stunned by them. He immediately tells the driver to go back to their company.
Once there he re-draws Ticket’s designs and re-presents them to Marla as his own (knowing that with her stubbornness she’d never accept them as Todd’s). Marla is impressed with the concepts (naturally, became they came from a higher source than her own) and they begin the arrangements to go to work on it.
Introduce bad guy and Lashline who both fight.

7. Introduce Impersonator, an actor at Fleetwood University, who begins to take the law into his own hands.
Ticket mails a new design to Prof. Carter (for the helmet) who again, re-draws them and gives to Marla. Ticket also designs them to include an electromagnetic/harmonic barrier to keep Mind Wipe out of his mind and High Pitch out of his ears.
Marla is starting to get really excited with this new project, thinking it’s all coming from Prof. Carter. Random Bishop is confused as to what is going on. Prof. Carter clues him in on what is really happening and Random Bishop agrees to keep quiet about it. All the while Marla is going crazy with her team building the designs.
Introduce Forkliftman, who robs a bank by tearing out the entire bank vault and stealing it.
The Future leader of the “Prowlers” youth group still has his people stopping Crime Shark’s drug ‘enforcers’ and Random Bishop arrests them again. He wants to talk to them about his daughter but doesn’t get a chance. They get away too quickly.

8. Random Bishop visits Todd in the hospital who is ready to come home. He tells Todd he knows about his designs and asks him where he came up with that. Todd is not sure but to him it just feels right. They all agree to keep quiet about it until Marla is willing to accept the truth.
When Todd gets there they have lots of lab-coat technicians and scientists running around, finishing the suit and weapons. The final touches are being made to the suit, equipment, weapons, and uniform. Marla reports that iIt should be ready in a few more days.
Random Bishop is forced to run out and do his job because Forkliftman is out there creating havoc. Bishop is unable to stop him/it/she at the end of this episode.
Triplicate is in the process of finding people who can help him/them take out Crime Shark. Introduce Bomb Chelle.
Carol Bishop’s powers are growing and endangering those at Intell labs.

9. We then get the backstory of Forkliftman’s job: He is a senior technician/engineer for another steel factory, whose work had him work overtime on a project that took a lot of time only to find out after his presentation that they actually intended to cut him and his whole department. He went home to his loud-mouthed, high-maintenance wife who panicked at the loss of funds and blamed it on him. She was upset that she’d wasted her life away marrying a dead-beat looser at a junk yard. Determined to make a difference he went to his backyard/junkyard and grabbed 2 forklifts, some metal, and got to work.
Todd is working hard to get back into physical shape after he recovered mentally from his bout with Mind Wipe. Apparently, now, his reflexes and senses are better. Prof. Carter begins to create a theory about why (when Mind Wipe connected his mind with Todd’s he intended to pull his knowledge, info, experiences, and memory from him. When Todd hit him with his claw weapon it backfired – and all of Mind Wipe’s knowledge, info, and experiences snapped instead into Todd, thereby giving him the brains of a genius!)
When Todd returns to his new apartment he has a new neighbor, Melanie, and she seems nice.

10. Todd Ticket, the new Long Arm of the Claw, takes his new L.A.W. system out for a test run on a pair of bank robbers with ridiculously successful results.
The man behind Forkliftman is at home, enduring another day of his wife’s constant bickering. He tells her he’s going to go work in the garage… where we see his giant forklift-like tank.
Random Bishop informs Prof. Carter that the mayor issues the city on a red alert for Forkliftman, whom the police have had no luck in stopping – at all! Sable Blade tries to stop Forkliftman but has no success. His anti-gravity harness is damaged in the fight and Sable Blade can’t support himself without it. Shackle, White Knight, and Ringtail also have little to no success. The police are at their wits ends and there seems to be no end in sight. Impersonator and Accomplice are now both there to try and help but both leave when the see the stakes (and when Random Bishop asks them to do something).
Todd Ticket arrives on the scene in his new get-up. After a brief but vicious battle the hero who will then be known as The Claw defeats Forkliftman with his new weapons and his brains. This impresses Marla but she doesn’t admit it. The Claw brings Sable Blade to their HQ’s so that Marla can help him. She gets a chance to look first hand at his strange weapons. When no one is looking she takes a scan of their designs to study later.
Todd goes home and has a chance to talk to his new neighbor, Melanie. He makes up some wild story about his injuries from the fight and she can tell he’s lying. He’s forced to pull back on the lie so that it doesn’t sound so bravado and she buys it. He invites her out to eat and she accepts… the first time! Todd is on cloud nine!
Forkliftman goes to jail where he ends up getting served with divorce papers from his crazed and insatiable wife… whom he was stealing for to appease her.
Triplicate is in the process of finding people who can help him/them take out Crime Shark. Introduce Heartbreak.

11. The Claw is taking down some bad guys while across town he’s incriminated for harshly taking down some other crooks. The Claw investigates to locate Impersonator and Accomplice who are trying to make a difference. The Claw warns him to stop impersonating officers and super heroes but then turns around and gets in trouble.
Marla starts designing other non-lethal weapons with the ionic bond.
He is then rescued by Impersonator and Accomplice and The Claw decides to leave them alone.
The Claw tells Random Bishop, who doesn’t like the idea, but is forced to go along with it to show his gratitude for helping out The Claw.
Todd goes on his date with Melanie … and Marla doesn’t like it. She spends all night in the lab working on Bondman’s future non-lethal ionic bond weapons.
Prof. Carter is then approached by a military stranger asking for his help (Tremor, leader of the ReinForcers, who is trying to locate and stop Superior Johnston.)

12. Sylvia from Humanity Purity follows Todd to his house, bent on killing him, but decides to kill Marla instead. She is thwarted by New Project Lashline and some of the “Prowlers” group. This, unfortunately, puts them first on Humanity Purity’s hate list. And Ticket doesn’t know who Lashline is…
The Future leader of the “Prowlers” youth group sees what this Humanity Purity is doing and decides he doesn’t like them and what they stand for. He tells his people to be wary of them.
Random Bishop tries to catch the “Prowler” group before they disappear but he fails. He has questions for them about Carol. The mayor doesn’t like these ‘druggies’ taking the law into their own hands.

13. The Claw comes across New Project Lashline and they both assume they are the enemy. Prof. Carter is finally forced to give the truth to each about their situations.
Lashline begs Prof. Carter to use the ‘new stuff’ to help her. With Prof. Carter’s direction they begin to make Lashline a new robotic arm that can be fused to her arm’s stump. She asks for a real arm but Prof. Carter tells her the technology is not there yet. Marla says she’ll try to keep at it, though. (Eventually she finds something for her that allows her to have her weapon and a real arm).
Now forced to work together Prof. Carter sends them to stop ? (“Prowl” drug kid.)
When Todd gets home there is a note on his door. Melanie liked their first date and would kindly like to, ‘return the favor.’ The note asks him to respond back. It’s too late so he plans to leave her a note in return.
Marla finishes her work on Bondman’s guns as a way to not think about Todd and his new neighbor.
In jail Forkliftman is approached by someone offering him a position in their secret company called “BioMech.” Forklift neglects his ‘generous’ offer. On the way out the representative is grabbed by The Conjurer, who heard the offer from the next cell. He tries to ask for the same thing but the representative knows who he is: crazy – and declines the offer. The Conjurer is mad.

14. A dedicated, yet spoiled diva performer, High Pitch, repulsed by the manager of the theater his horrible manners. He refuses to allow him to perform/audition/star for an important role and embarrassing him in the open public’s performing arts eye.
Bent on revenge he plans to deliver the performance he was denied… whether they want it or not. (He also meets a young, female protégé to be his prisoner/student against her will.)
The Claw has to take him out… alone!
After he defeats High Pitch Todd goes to leave the note on Melanie’s door but she opens it. Todd’s hearing is injured after his fight with High Pitch and he can’t hear her. Melanie invites him in and they talk via typing on the computer – and have a fun time doing it!
Marla begins to work on her phase technology as a way to not think about Todd and his new neighbor.
Triplicate is in the process of finding people who can help him/them take out Crime Shark. Introduce Dead Bolt. Random Bishop catches up to Triplicate and asks him about the “Prowler” group. He gives Random Bishop an address to go to.

15. Random Bishop gets a disturbing call about an attempted bank robbery… that ended in violence and no cash stolen. The Claw investigates with the permission of the police. The Claw finds vicious, merciless killer, Ring Blade, who thinks killing is a game because he has power: magnetic gauntlets that controls bladed rings of metal or any other metallic object, to be used as weapons!
The Claw successfully takes him out after a nasty battle. The true problem they face, though, is where he got his weapons from…
Todd goes to Melanie’s place for dinner, which she cooks for him at her place. She is on a budget after all, unlike Todd (so it seems!) He is getting too really like her and she him.
Marla finishes her work on her phase technology and decides she needs a test run. She actually spies on Todd on his new neighbor and realizes this is a bad thing for her to do. She leaves, not happy at the prospect of what she’s done. She puts the technology away, thinking it a waste of time.
Random Bishop calls the “Prowler” group’s half way house. The leader of the “Prowlers” youth group agrees to see Carol.
Prof. Carter contacts his strange military contact (of the ReinForcers) to tell them about Blade Ring and what they’ve discovered.

16. Triplicate goes after Crime Shark, hoping to take him out in jail but accidently frees him who was previously captured by Ticket. Crime Shark is helped getting out with Big Bear, Heartbreak, Bomb Chelle, & Dead Bolt, who all betray Triplicate to free him.
When they free him all of the previous bad guys they just captured also escape.
The Conjurer grabs Forkliftman and they escape together. The Conjurer says he ‘has a plan…’ Forkliftman doesn’t know if he can trust him.
Mind Wipe also escapes from jail with his confiscated equipment.
The Claw has to take him down with the help of his friends but he escapes.
He goes on a second date with his new neighbor Melanie and it’s pretty clear they do like each other. But Todd is worried about her… because Mind Wipe knows who he is!
Random Bishop takes Carol to see the leader of the “Prowlers” youth group. He agrees to take her in.

17. Introduction of Shattered Shard, a hitman whose body is strong, moldable jelly surrounded by crystallized metal that can change shape.
The Claw has his first encounter with Shattered Shard and barely survives. He traps Shattered Shard with a giant electromagnet at a car crushing garbage plant.
The Conjurer reveals his plans to make a technology-driven dinosaur and plans to unleash it upon the city. Forkliftman thinks he is crazy but The Conjurer is able to talk him into paying him for his trouble. Forkliftman rolls up his sleeves and gets to work…
